Mini-Spa Party- 2.5 hour party= Time for massage, hot stones, facials,  wraps, wax dips, foot soaks and pampering...3 person minimum, call for quote. ***Include sparkling water, tea & organic fruit/veggi nosh add $10 ea person.

Mobile Massage Individual- Individual, Corporate, Private Office, Home Visit, Care Center hourly rate $105.00

Mobile Massage Group Special Event-60 minute sesson-Pre-wedding, Social and Sports hourly rate $135.00 for first hour, then $85.00 for each additional 60 min massage ( x ea = total cost).

Mobile Massage Group Special Event-30 minute sesson-Pre-wedding, Social and Sports hourly rate $67.50 for first 30 minutes then $42.50 for each additional 30 min massage ( x ea = total cost).

Mobile Chair Massage-Corporate, office, social or fair event....6 person minimum $10, $15, $20, $30 ea based on number of minutes each  (+ equipment portage fee), or flat rate  for entire event depending on coverage need.  Call for additional options.

Mobile Mini-Spa Party- 3.5 hour party= time for  massage, facials, wraps, wax dips, foot treats...3 person minimum call for quote, 25%  reservation deposit required.***Add sparkling water, tea & organic fruit/veggi nosh for an additional $10 ea person (+ equipment portage fee).  Time allowance includes 15 minutes at the beginning for set-up and removal time at the end of your event.

Reimbursement for Services

We now require your first and subsequent  massage sessions to be paid in full at the time of your visit.  if you are seeking reimbursment for insurance we are happy to provide you with a receipt for service.  We direct bill  HealthNet, American Specialty Health plan and for those seeking Oregon PIP reimbursement with Dr.  prespcription.

Insurance Billing 

Some insurance plans include massage  under their "CAM" (Complimentary Alternative Medicine) services.  Please be aware your particular insurance company may show massage as a 'benefit' but not cover it on your 'particular' plan or will only reimburse  when  prescribed by your Chiropractor or physician for example, or  with a limited  reimbursement percentage if they donot allow full reimbursement for massage received  from an "out of network" provider.

Please call your insurance company's plan administrator if you have questions specific to insurance coverage for massage to determine : 1)  If massage (proceedure code #97124) is a 'covered' benefit under your plan,  2) by whom can it be preformed and or prescribed and 3)  if you have met your deductible for reimbursement  to occur and 4) whether or not massage service under your plan will be reimbersed in part, in full or not at all. 

Please note:  Provider Relations at ODS recently informed us that they are not accepting new provider applications in Lane County.  This means Massage received from us is considered "out of net-work".    You will be reimbursed only  to the limit they have set for "out of network" provisors.  We encourage you to let them know how you feel.    ODS is unable to explain why an audit has not been conducted, to determin if an actual capacity threshold has been met.  They do tell us however, to check back in 6 months to see if anything has changed.  This notice is effectifve as of 09-30-11.

Other company  benefit plans may include the deferal of funds for medical and alternative care services.   Some plans under this referal service requre a receipt. Let us know if you need one.

Medically Necessary Massage PIP Auto Claims:  

$28.00 rate applies to each unit of massage given.  This is for  massage that  becomes a medically necessary service in your accident recovery process.   We require  a copy of your doctors prescription for massage on your initial visit and a $28.00 payment at the time of  your first and subsequent office visits.  We will make the necessary final payment arrangements for direct billing your PIP insurer.
