"Parent-Infant Massage with certified instructor Jody Green"
Come experience the hands-on benefits and joys of giving this gift to your baby. You and or your partner will work directly with your child as Jody instructs you how to give massage. In this class you will learn the history, the science and benefits, safety precautions, massage techniques and an easily mastered routine that will have your whole family feeling good. The cost of the class includes a bottle of certified organic paraben free almond oil and instruction book. Individual and group instruction is available.
Group instruction is available with 3 or more interested friends/families at your location. 20% Discount given to host family providing space for the class. This arrangement works well with parent friends wanting a shared experience. Certified instructor will travel to your location.
Invididualized one on one instruction is also avaialble at the center for families wanting a more private experience.
Instruction in Spanish is available for hands on training with 5 or more interested families at your location. The cost of the class includes a bottle of certified organic paraben free almond oil and instruction book printed in spanish.
Instruction before the baby arrives is also available on demonstration dolls, if families want to practice before baby arrives, or for other family members who would like to practice duirng class.

WATSU ®
"Watsu with Jeannie Edwards"
Participants learn this unique form of bodywork through a flowing sequence of stretching, rocking, massage and stillness. Watsu is generally given in warm 98 degree, chest-high water. Both giver and receiver will be encouraged to cultivate open-heartedness and quiet receptivity. Watsu is often effective in decreasing stress and chronic pain. It also assists with emotional / spiritual healing, recovery processes and freedom of movement and adapts well to small spaces such as hot tubs or the larger warm water pool environment.
Open to all, no experience needed. CEU's available for LMT's.

Relaxation and Creative Movement
"Experimental Relaxation/creative movement with Caren Liebman"
Participants practice conscious awareness of breath, progressive muscle relaxation, slow stretching & creative movement. Facilitator Caren Lieban is an experienced licensed Psychotherapist in private practice with over 30 years of movement and dance experience.
Pease wear comfortable loose clothing and bring water. No perfume or dangling jewelry, please.
Workshop fee is $40.00 (sliding scale available).

Kassy Daggett, LMT (#5785) is a workshop facilitator who also coaches individuals.couples and groups. Kassy’s most recent accomplishment towards speaking her
truth is the publication of her first book, The Gift of a 50th Birthday.
