In office Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage

Swedish, Trigger Point, Sports, Pregnancy /Side-lying and Myofacial Release modalities are available. One or more of these modalities will be used during a session depending on the needs of the client. Please see ' Our Specialties page ' for a more detailed description of the modalities mentioned.

Pregnancy Massage

A modified Swedish massage is used during a pregnancy massage. The session is designed to keep mother and baby safe and comfortable during treatment. This is accomplished by use of bolstering and side-lying positioning for ease and comfort. Please see ' Benefits of Massage' page for a detailed review of the many advantages of pregnancy massage. [Please note: We do not support the use of pre-natal massage devises and or tables, that place the mother in a prone position (stomach lying face down position) as this is potentially harmful, due to the imposed stress on supporting ligaments of the pelvis.] We are known for our extrordinary care when it comes to creating a nurturing and comfortable experience for our moms' while they are with us duirng their special time at our center.

Chair Massage

You remain fully clothed and sitting in a special chair designed to support your head, arms and body while receiving this massage. Chair massage is an excellent way to bring massage to your work place or special event, such as employee recognition day or holiday celebration. Mobile Face Cradle for Office or Wheel Chair Massage

This is similar to the basic chair massage, in that you remain fully clothed and sitting while receiving massage. The difference here is that you sit in your own chair while your head is supported in a soft comfortable cradle. This is an excellent alternative to a standard chair massage when space is limited or when transferring out of a wheel chair is difficult. Table or desk top is needed to support the mobile face cradle apparatus.

Mobile Massage to your location Will travel to your home , office or event, equipped with a massage chair or massage table, linens, and music to provide therapeutic and or relaxation massage.

Massage Classes Provide an excellent introduction to massage for all ages and abilities. Consider registering for: Couples Massage, Parent-Infant Massage, Expectant Couples Massage or Massage for Self Care. Individual, private and Group instruction is available. We are also able to send an instructor to you for individual instruction or to provide training for your group.

Hot stone therapy Your massage therapist will use heated smooth stones to sooth and relax your muscles. Our basalt stones were hand selected off the beach from the Oregon Coast. Because they are volcanic, they hold heat well and provide an excellent penatrating form of therapy duirng treatment. Most clients report feeling deeply relaxed and warm after treatment.
